The Job Roles

Requires the incumbent to do the following activities

Major Responsibilities Coordinate with both patient and nurses.

  

Personally handle queries to ensure accurate & courteous communication providing all required information.

Provide an effective communication link between patient and medical staff.

Generate leads for the company.

Skills

Candidate must have experience in ICU / Emergency .  

Must be aware about what all examinations are done for patients.

Life supporting Equipment Knowledge like Ventilator, BI PAP, CPAP etc.

Neuro, Respiratory and Cardiac system and their disease knowledge.

Knowledge of emergency medicine and subcutaneous injections.

Tracheotomy Care, RT Insertion, Catheterization etc.
